Roving Maintenance Technician Multifamily $1,500 Retention Bonus

Hey there! We are GoldOller! Are you a highly skilled, experienced, and personable Maintenance Technician ready to join our Roving Maintenance Team? GoldOller Real Estate Investments is on the hunt for someone like YOU! This position offers a $1,500 retention bonus and the potential to earn over $2K per year in commissions! $400 monthly gas stipend.

On any given day you will:
Maintain the upkeep and maintenance of the building and grounds during assignment period.
Performs regular maintenance of residential apartment homes and other areas on the property.
Performs small appliance, plumbing, electrical and other repairs in residential apartment homes and other areas on the property.
Physically walk and inspect assigned property, including vacant units.
Conduct property inspections, including move in, housekeeping, and grounds to assure adherence to established standards.
Involvement in Capex projects.
Be available for emergency calls and respond to those according to GoldOller's policy on after-hour emergency calls.
These are the skills you will need:
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Able to push, pull and lift over 80lbs.
Able stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time.
Able to adjust to change as location and assignments will vary.
These are the position requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of two years of apartment maintenance/facilities experience, required.
Experience in multifamily residential property management Experience with electrical, plumbing and HVAC.
EPA Certification, required.
Possession of personal tools, required.
Possession of personal vehicle, required.
Able to work weekends, as needed, required Able to travel, required - overnight, as needed.
